Beverly Hall, the embattled school superintendent over the City of Atanta’s schools, has told the Atlanta School board that she will not be seeking a new contract next year, according to the AJC. Yesterday, The AJC editorial board posted an editorial calling for Hall’s ouster.
The public criticism of Hall has long since moved beyond the midlle segment of The Georgia Gang as new evidence of widespread cheating on standardized tests in Atlanta Schools has continued to emerge. The final straw appears to be a report that confirmed such cheating that was produced for Hall in May, but was kept from not only the public but most of her school board.
